The value for the money was great, and the room was very spacious with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient for visiting Callaway Gardens and the Festival of Lights, and the staff treated us well.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

I loved the spacious rooms and the cozy fireplace in the downstairs area. The chalets were nicely put together, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel had a great location for shopping and visiting the wild animal safari park. there were plenty of activities for kids and families, such as pool, basketball, shuffleboard, air hockey.

The hospitality at this resort was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our needs were met. The location was also ideal, with easy access to shopping and a nearby wild animal safari park. Plus, the property itself was beautiful, with spacious and clean chalets that provided a comfortable stay.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. The cabin we stayed in could definitely use some updating, with worn-down couches and a master bed that was too firm for our liking.

The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired, with spider webs and bugs in the bedrooms. The housekeeper did not do a good job tidying up, leaving appliances dirty and showers not properly cleaned.

Spacious rooms, great for families. Fireplace and downstairs area were enjoyable. Convenient location near Atlanta. Good views and quiet environment. Liked the amenities provided.
